Do you agree to the Terms and Conditions?

The Designer will provide the services required by this Contract in conformance with the project deadline stated on the confirmation email. Changes in the deadline will require the consent of both parties, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Designer will not be responsible for delays due to persons or conditions beyond the Designer's control. If the Designer is delayed in performance of its services by changes ordered by the Client the Designer may request an adjustment of its fees and deadline. If, because of events beyond its reasonable control, the Designer is not able to meet a specified time period, then it may ask for additional time from the Client. This Contract represents the entire and integrated Contract between the Client and the Designer and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or Contracts, either written or oral. This Contract may be amended only by written instrument signed by both the Client and the Designer. The Client represents that it will assure reasonable access to available necessary information and expeditious decisions on matters that affect the progress of work under this Contract. The Designer does not undertake to make any manufacturer’s warranty, such as a warranty as to the materials, design, manufacture, or workmanship of the materials. When the Notice of Final Completion has been executed by the Designer, and the Designer has completed all requirements, final payment will be due.
